Emma Fricke

Immigration Attorney

Attorney Emma Fricke earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln in 2020, majoring in Global Studies and Political Science, with minors in Spanish, Business Law, and National Security. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2024, with a concentration in International Law. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2024, with a concentration in International Law.

Following graduation, Emma relocated to Fort Worth to clerk with the Executive Office for Immigration Review’s Immigration Adjudication Center, serving through the U.S. Department of Justice Attorney General Honors Program. Her legal and policy background also includes experience with the Department of Homeland Security, Department of State, and Department of Defense, providing her with a strong foundation in federal systems, national security, and immigration-related matters.
