Edelio Finales

Mr. Edelio Finales is an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. He obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico and his Juris Doctor from the same institution. During his time in law school he participated in several community programs, including the law school’s clinic program where underserved communities received legal assistance. Attorney Finales moved to Texas in 2016 and has been practicing immigration law since 2017.

During his time as an immigration attorney, he has obtained experience in areas of immigration law including Asylum, Removal Defense, Adjustment of Status, Consular Process, U visas, VAWA, Special Immigrant Juvenile Visas, DACA, Waivers, and Naturalization among others. He has also been extremely involved in the immigrant community, participating in seminars, TV interviews, and programs that benefit the immigrant community.
